Earning your CAM allows you to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability an apartment community and achieve owners' investment goals. The CAM curriculum is designed to maximize the experience of the on-site professional and clear the path for growth and recognition. The Certified Apartment Manager designation is recognized nationally as the benchmark for professional apartment managers.
