CAMT (Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician) Summer 2022

FCAA is offering the CAMT (Certificate for Apartment Maintenance) course again in July 2022!  Successful completion of the CAMT course qualifies designates for the Property Maintenance Craftsman (PMC) license, required in Duval County to perform many apartment maintenance tasks. 

Effective July 1, 2016, individuals performing water heater, changing out compressors, and AC repairs (NOT including replacement) where parts cost more than $1,000 must be Certified Apartment Technicians (CAMTs)!
