FCAA is offering the CAMT (Certificate for Apartment Maintenance) course again in July 2019 - this will be the last time for 2019! Successful completion of the CAMT course qualifies designates for the Property Maintenance Craftsman (PMC) license, required in Duval County to perform many apartment maintenance tasks.
Effective July 1, 2016, individuals performing water heater, changing out air compressors, and AC repairs (NOT including replacement) where parts cost $1,000 or less are permitted with a Certified Apartment Technicians (CAMTs)!
