Letter from the President:

Dear FCAA Members,

Committees are the backbone of our association. Our association is a volunteer-led group of likeminded people who are working together for the common goal of promoting the Apartment Industry as a whole.

All of the planning and decision making for our association comes from the hard work of our committees. Our committee volunteers work with staff to plan everything from networking events, education class topics, advocacy issues, maintenance appreciation, and even our annual Trade Show!

Our association is strong because of our members who volunteer their time to be part of our committees.

If you have ever wanted to be a future leader, or perhaps get more involved with the association I urge you to begin with a committee. Committees meet regularly depending on their focus and can be joined at any time. If there is a part of the association that interests you then I would urge you to join a committee to be a part of the process.

Education Committee – Meets quarterly

Special Event Committee – Meets monthly

Legislative Committee – Meets as needed

Communications Committee – Meets bi-monthly

Hospitality Committee – Meets 5 times annually

Maintenance Committee – Meets quarterly

Awards Committee - Meets as needed

Maintenance Mania Committee - Meets as needed

Membership Committee - Meets bi-monthly

Trade Show Committee - Meets as needed

NextGen Committee - Meets quarterly
