Property Maintenance Craftsmans License
The City of Jacksonville (Duval County) has a specific Scope of Work and required license for on-site Multifamily Maintenance professionals. If your property is located within Duval County, you fall under the Property Maintenance Craftsmans Ordinance.
PMC License holders must renew their license every two years with the City of Jacksonville. To renew the PMC license, the license holder must complete 7 Continuing Education Course hours and submit their renewal fee to the City of Jacksonville.
