Professional Bio

As Senior Manager of Customer Contacts, Alicia Bailey leads JEA’s call center managers and supports more than 90 customer service representatives who serve as the first line of contact and heart of the company.
Alicia, an Army veteran, is dedicated to delivering an industry-leading customer experience to JEA’s nearly 1 million electric, water and wastewater customers. She is responsible for aligning Customer Experience Center strategies and operations with JEA’s strategic objectives, as well as managing the quality of more than 1.5 million customer interactions annually, including in-person, phone, and email.
Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Jackson State University, an MBA from Strayer University, and a graduate certification in human resources.
Alicia is deeply involved in the community, serving as a JEA ambassador and volunteer. She also is a member of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE).
A fun fact about Alicia is that she is a master crafter who enjoys shopping at Harbor Freight.
