CAMT (Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician) Winter 2020

FCAA is offering the CAMT (Certificate for Apartment Maintenance) course again in January 2019!  Successful completion of the CAMT course qualifies designates for the Property Maintenance Craftsman (PMC) license, required in Duval County to perform many apartment maintenance tasks. 

Effective July 1, 2016, individuals performing water heater, changing out air compressors, and AC repairs (NOT including replacement) where parts cost more than $1,000 must be Certified Apartment Technicians (CAMTs)!
