Join us for a semi-formal, silver-themed, event honoring our members who have achieved the highest level of service and commitment to our industry and our residents.
NEW PRE-RECEPTION VENUE THIS YEAR!
Please join us for our pre-reception where you will find appetizers, music, cocktails, and a place to take a photo with your team and nominees!

Pre-Reception will be held at Element Bistro Bar & Lounge

Should you not want to attend the pre-reception,
The Florida Theatre will be open and have cocktails available, BUT NO FOOD.
The awards ceremony will take place PROMPTLY at 8 PM at The Florida Theatre.

This is a ticketed event.
All attendees MUST have a ticket to enter this event.
You will receive a ticket with entry access for BOTH the pre-reception event (Element Bistro Bar & Lounge) & the awards ceremony (Florida Theatre).
Tickets will not be available for purchase at the event.
Tickets purchased before April 23rd will be mailed to your
the address provided at registration.
Tickets purchased on OR after April 23rd will have
to be picked up at our office during office hours.

The pre-reception event is being held at Element Bar & Bistro. (333 E Bay St, Jacksonville, FL 32202). It is within walking distance (a 5 min walk) from the theatre and only .2 miles away. |

| 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Goodbyes & Goodie Bags Finish off the night congratulating our winners & snagging a goodie bag before leaving! Goodie bags will include desserts, throwbacks & more! The front lobby bar will remain open until 10:00 pm. Remember: Masks are required at all times when inside the Florida Theatre. |

- All persons entering the building are subject to a temperature check. Anyone with a temperature exceeding 100.4° F will be refused entry.
- Masks must be worn at all times, even in your seats, and even backstage at the Florida Theatre.
- There is zero tolerance for noncompliance. Persons who refuse to
comply will be asked to leave or escorted from the building if necessary. - MASKS ARE OPTIONAL FOR ELEMENT BISTRO BAR & LOUNGE, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ELEMENT'S EMPLOYEES WILL BE MASKED & THAT MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ENTERING & STAYING IN THE FLORIDA THEATRE!
- All attendees will be required to acknowledge the COVID-19 Policy at the time of online registration. Please review the policy BEFORE acknowledging it.
- Photos will be taken at the pre-reception event at Element Bistro Bar & Lounge from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
- Winners' photos will be taken backstage.
- FOOD WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE THEATRE, HOWEVER, DRINKS WILL. YOU CAN GRUB ON FOOD AT OUR PRE-RECEPTION EVENT BEING HELD AT ELEMENT BISTRO BAR & LOUNGE.
