Exhibitor FAQ

What is included with my booth?

Each 10' x 10' booth includes pipe & drape, one 6' table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Elevated booths also include a 120V electric outlet, carpet, 8 expo-only tickets, and 2 full conference invitations. Standard booths include 6 expo-only tickets. Additional services and furnishings can be ordered through the show decorator (GEMS). Each booth purchase includes four booth reps with the option to purchase up to 2 additional

When are move-in and move-out times?

Exact move-in and move-out windows will be shared closer to the event and included in your official exhibitor kit. Generally, move-in occurs the morning of the show and move-out begins immediately after the expo closes. Please do not dismantle your booth before the official closing time.

Are there any restrictions on giveaways or raffles?

Giveaways and raffles are encouraged, as long as they comply with venue rules and local regulations. Any food & beverage items must follow the convention center’s policies. If you are planning a large prize drawing, please let FCAA staff know in advance so we can help promote it.

Do I have to be an FCAA member to exhibit?

FCMX prioritizes FCAA members, and member pricing is reflected in booth rates. Non-members are welcome to exhibit for an additional fee per booth. If you’d like to join FCAA before reserving a booth, please contact our office and we’ll help you get started.
