James M. (“Jim”) Sinkway IV is an Associate Attorney at Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC. Licensed in SC and GA, Jim works diligently to zealously advocate for clients in dispossessory proceedings. Jim earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Louisiana State University’s Shreveport campus in 2021 and graduated with honors from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2023.
Currently, Jim serves as a Board Member for the Apartment Association of Greater Augusta, Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the Apartment Association of Greater Augusta, and Co-Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the Coastal Georgia Apartment Association. Also, Jim has joined GAA’s Advocacy Council, designed to spark grassroots involvement at the local apartment association level.
