2027 Membership Dues
The FCAA Board has established pricing for new members and 2027 renewals. Here’s what to include in your budget.
Renewal invoices sent: December 1, 2026
Payment due: January 31, 2027
Dues received after March 1 may be subject to a $100 reinstatement fee.

| Voluntary PAC donation | $35 | Optional contribution to support industry advocacy. |

APAC is the voice for Florida’s multifamily industry, and your contribution to APAC enables FAA to advocate for you in Tallahassee.
Many special interest groups spend millions of dollars lobbying the legislature for their political agenda. It is critical that we protect our businesses from special interest groups that seek to impose threats, including requiring leasing consultants to hold a real estate license, new inspection fees, and numerous costly mandates. Through united action, we can fight back, stand strong, and succeed together.
The ability of apartment owners to continue to provide safe, affordable rental housing to our residents, and deliver valued services to them – while doing this effectively, efficiently, and profitably – rests on the continued financial strength of APAC.
