With a wealth of experience in leadership roles centered on sales and market expansion, Rhonda is dedicated to forging strategic partnerships that benefit all parties involved. At The Suddath Companies, she excels in crafting customized relocation solutions for diverse market segments, including multifamily property renovations and referral programs for real estate professionals, senior move managers, homebuilders, and adult-living communities. Her commitment to delivering exceptional service within budget and on schedule ensures that every client and customer receives unparalleled value and innovative solutions, all while maintaining a tradition of compassion and personalized attention to ensure the experience is positive for all parties.
Throughout her tenure at Suddath, Rhonda has held various positions, ranging from residential relocation consultant and national account manager to regional director for residential sales and director of business development and strategic partnerships. She has played a pivotal role in developing corporate client partnerships, managing a large sales force and customer service team, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business unit. Before joining Suddath, Rhonda was a business owner and held various leadership roles, including national account management, direct sales, and VP of Sales.
In her personal life, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her two adult children in Nashville, traveling with friends, hiking, photography, and walking along the beautiful Florida beaches.
