Taylor Tucker

Taylor Tucker began her journey in the multifamily housing industry as a part-time leasing consultant at a smaller property, where she quickly discovered a passion for helping residents and building community. That passion led her to accept a full-time leasing position, gaining valuable hands-on experience in property management.

After a brief departure from the industry to pursue a degree-aligned career path, Taylor was quickly welcomed back—this time by the First Coast Apartment Association, where she stepped into the role of Director of Special Events. For seven years, she planned and executed some of the association's most memorable programs, all while staying connected to the industry she loved.

Now serving in a dual role focused on marketing and membership, Taylor enjoys blending creativity with strategy. She's passionate about supporting the multifamily industry through storytelling, community-building, and helping members get the most out of their association experience.
