| 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM | VIP Registration If you have secured a VIP slot - please check in between 5:15 - 5:30pm to ensure you are ready to travel bay to bay right at 6:00pm. We will have a packet with names badges, your tee time, etc for you at registration. You MUST check in. |
| 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM | Supplier - Regular Attendance Registartion If you are a supplier and secured a regular attendance spot - Please check in between 5:30 - 6:00pm to ensure you are ready to travel bay to bay right at your designated time. We will have a packet with names badges, your tee time, etc for you at registration. You MUST check in. |
| 6:00 PM - 7:05 PM | VIP Travel Begins VIP ticketed attendees will begin traveling bay to bay visiting 18 different management companies along the way. Please be courteous and keep it moving bay to bay. This is crucial to the flow of the event. Thank you. |
