PARKING:

We are sharing the fairgrounds parking lot with Jumbo Shrimp Parking. We have secured 500 spots. It is important to ride and park smart. Share a ride if you can, and park close to one another safely. In order to not pay for parking, you must present your PARKING PASS (Exhibitors) or your TICKET (Community Members).

Trade Show Rules & Reminders:
  • Non-exhibiting suppliers are not permitted entrance to the show. BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT!
  • All decorative materials used in booths must be flame retardant to pass Fire Marshal’s inspection. 
  • No one under the age of 18 may participate in the show as an attendee or exhibitor. 
  • Please keep your badge on & in sight at all times.  
  • Alcohol is prohibited from being served/given in booths. Only beverages from the exhibit hall may be consumed. All entertainment and food items must be approved by FCAA prior to the show. 
  • No “Visit multiple booths and win” games will be allowed on the exhibit hall floor. Exhibitors may play games that are individual to their booths, but may not include visiting multiple booths as a condition of winning. The only game card that is allowed to require attendees to visit multiple booths to win a prize will be for FCAA Premier Sponsors. 
  • Appropriate attire is required (shoes, shirt, bottoms). No bikinis, thongs, speedos, etc. ----- Flip flops, shorts, and tank tops are okay. #keepinitclassy
  • PARKING: We are sharing the fairgrounds parking lot with Jumbo Shrimp Parking. We have secured 500 spots. 
    • EXHIBITORS: You will receive a PARKING PASS to display on your windshield upon arrival at exhibitor check-in. After unloading, please move your vehicle to a parking spot. If you plan to set up, leave, and come back later, make sure you have your parking pass with you!
    • COMMUNITY MEMBERS: It is important that you ride together if possible. Upon arrival, please have this TICKET ready to show the parking attendant. Presenting your ticket should result in free parking as long as we do not over exceed the 500+ spots we have secured. Arrive on time in order to prevent paying $5 for parking. DO NOT give the parking attendant this ticket. Only PRESENT this ticket as you will need this ticket to enter the show.
