Minutes: Internship program - 1099 employee? Maintenance training academy 6-8 weeks including all designation certified and job ready is our 5 year plan. CTQB - 3 year term and appointed by Mayor of Jacksonville. We would like more committee members to sit on this board to give us a voice. Start quarterly breakfast in September along with roll out of the quarterly newsletter that will also be featured in Coastlines Magazine. Meetings will be 8-10 am (Tues, Wed or Thurs) and will have a full breakfast with a panel of speakers and agendas. FCAA, Supervisor, Regional, Vendors > 4 person panel. Breakfast topics: licenses & renewals of designations. Send survey to group for advanced topic classes. See about getting tech schools to sponsor brazing or other topics that are hard for FCAA to offer. Start taking a more professional approach with our maintenance teams. Offer Golden Plunger Award on shirt or hat and start marketing for best maintenance professional of the quarter. Get with Joe on creating this piece. Include name, community, pic, management company and paragraph for BOD to judge and pick winner. Announce on FB live, Coastlines and newsletter.
