🔑 What You’ll Do:

• Grow and retain our membership base of property owners, managers, and suppliers
• Drive sponsorship sales for events and programs
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that add value to our members
• Collaborate with internal teams to align goals with marketing and events
• Track leads and engagement through CRM and provide performance reports

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Experience in associations or multifamily housing is a plus
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
