Integra Park Apartments & FCAA Next Gen Committee Support Local Schools with $3,000 Donation
At the First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA), community is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re proud to highlight a recent partnership between Integra Park Apartments, managed by Asset Living, and our FCAA Next Gen Committee. Together, they delivered $1,000 checks to three Clay County schools—Discovery Oaks Elementary, Oakleaf Junior High, and Oakleaf High School—providing much-needed support for students and educators.

Building Stronger Communities Together
Apartment communities are more than places to live—they are hubs of connection. Through this effort, Integra Park Apartments and our Next Gen leaders worked hand-in-hand to not only raise funds, but also build meaningful relationships with local schools.
Each $1,000 donation helps supply critical resources—whether that’s classroom materials, technology, extracurricular support, or simply easing financial burdens. With schools often stretching their budgets, contributions like this make a tangible difference in the daily lives of students and teachers.
Why This Matters
From student resources to monetary donations, schools need ongoing support. Teachers often dip into their own pockets to make sure students have what they need, and communities like ours can help bridge that gap.
By stepping up, our members show the power of collaboration between multifamily housing professionals and local education. Supporting schools strengthens neighborhoods, and strong neighborhoods support thriving apartment communities—a win for everyone.
FCAA’s Regional Impact
The First Coast Apartment Association proudly serves six counties across Northeast Florida—Nassau, Duval, Clay, Putnam, St. Johns, and Flagler. This initiative in Clay County is just one example of how FCAA members are giving back in the places we live and work.
Our Next Gen Committee is dedicated to cultivating future leaders in the multifamily industry while making a positive impact beyond our industry walls. By engaging in projects like this one, they’re building leadership skills while making a difference in the community.
A Lasting Investment
As Integra Park Apartments and the FCAA Next Gen Committee demonstrated, when apartment communities come together with local schools, we create ripple effects that extend far beyond a single donation. These checks are more than financial support—they represent a shared investment in the future of our children, our neighborhoods, and the First Coast as a whole.
Together, we’re building stronger communities—one connection at a time.
