The First Coast Apartment Association is proud to recognize Jessica Hernandez and Shelley Dehne as our 2026 Volunteers of the Year!
Each year, FCAA honors one community member and one associate member whose dedication, involvement, and willingness to serve have made a meaningful impact on our association. This year, we are excited to recognize Jessica Hernandez as our Community Volunteer of the Year and Shelley Dehne as our Associate Volunteer of the Year.
Community Volunteer of the Year: Jessica Hernandez
Jessica Hernandez has shown an incredible commitment to FCAA and the multifamily industry. She consistently gives her time, shares her support, and steps forward when help is needed. Her involvement and dedication are a wonderful example of the difference one volunteer can make within our association.
Jessica’s positive spirit and willingness to contribute have made her a valued part of the FCAA community, and we are proud to recognize her as our 2026 Community Volunteer of the Year.
Associate Volunteer of the Year: Shelley Dehne
Shelley Dehne is simply always there. Whether it is an event, teaching a class, serving on a committee, or jumping in wherever help is needed, Shelley consistently steps up and gives her time.
She brings great ideas, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for supporting FCAA and its members. Shelley is always willing to share her expertise, lend a hand, and do whatever she can to help our association succeed. She has a big heart for FCAA, and her dedication never goes unnoticed.
We are honored to recognize Shelley as our 2026 Associate Volunteer of the Year.

You can help us celebrate Jessica and Shelley at the Florida Apartment Association’s 2026 Inspire Conference! They will be recognized during the Awards Celebration Dinner on Friday, October 16, from 6–8 p.m. in the Coronado Ballroom at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista.
