FCAA Named One of the Fastest-Growing Apartment Associations in the U.S.

The First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA) is proud to announce a significant milestone in our continued growth and impact within the multifamily housing industry. According to recent data compiled by the National Apartment Association (NAA), FCAA ranked among the five fastest-growing apartment associations in the United States based on unit growth from April 2025 to April 2026.

During this reporting period, FCAA grew from 114,730 apartment units to 124,407 units, representing an impressive 8.43% increase. This achievement places FCAA alongside some of the largest and most influential apartment associations in the country and reflects the continued strength of the multifamily industry throughout Northeast Florida.

Growth Fueled by a Thriving Region

Jacksonville and the surrounding First Coast region continue to experience tremendous population and economic growth. As new residents move to our area seeking opportunity, employers expand their footprint, and new housing developments come online, the demand for professionally managed apartment communities remains strong.

This regional momentum has created exciting opportunities for multifamily professionals, owners, operators, suppliers, and service providers alike. As the industry grows, so does the need for education, advocacy, networking, and professional development—core services that FCAA is proud to provide.
