What an incredible day! On June 10, multifamily professionals from across Northeast Florida came together at the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center for FCMX 2026 – The First Coast Multifamily Experience, and thanks to the support of our members, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, and attendees, this year's event exceeded every expectation.
From the moment the doors opened, the energy on the trade show floor was undeniable. - Nearly 5% of attendees held C-Suite titles
